Registering the Address and Name of Shareholders

After the implementation of the electronic stock certificate system, if the shareholder’s address or name contains Chinese characters that are not specified by the book-entry transfer institution (JASDEC), some or all of these characters will be replaced by the characters specified by the institution before the name is registered in the shareholder registry. Note that in this case, the name written on the notices delivered to the shareholder will be spelled with the characters specified by the institution.
